Hello HarsanMS07, Welcome to the HP Forums! I understand you're unable to use an external hard drive on your notebook. I do see you have another post that describes the same problem, but could you please confirm the product and operating system to be sure? For information on finding your product and model numbers click here: To see which version of Windows you are using click here: Are you able to use any other external storage devices?

Hey HarsanMS07, This error is the result of a Windows update. Try this article here to fix the issue:. You can also try this: Can you please clarify this statement: I never check with other HDD. Because i dont. Does this mean you do not have another hard drive to test, or you don't have another PC to test this hard drive with? The external storage does not have to be a hard drive, and can also include a USB flash drive.
Let me know if fixing the update issue allows you to install the.net framework as this is most likely the source of the problem. The Seagate device driver requires the.net framework to be installed, and states it is not found on the computer, so we have isolated our issue. Hope to hear from you soon!
